COMMISSION IMPLEMENTING REGULATION (EU) No 1079/2012 of 16 November 2012 laying down requirements for voice channels spacing for the single European sky.

When?

Until the end of the year 2017.

Who?

All aircrafts and Air-Ground comunication services.

Where?

The Regulation applies to all flights operated within the scope of the general air traffic in the airspace of the EUR region of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) where Member States are responsible for the provision of air traffic services.
