Based on the customer requirements CLS is able to deliver for example both Dynon glass cockpit for WT9 Dynamic aircraft (Aerospool from Slovak Republic) and also GARMIN G3X Touch system for Skyleader 600 aircraft (Zall Jihlavan from Czech Republic).

Besides integrated glass cockpits CLS is delivering also KANNAD ELTs, RAMI and former COMMANT antennas (now Cobham), audio panels from PS Engineering, radios and transponders from TRIG + many others based on the customer requirements.

Canadair CL-415 modernization for Croatian Air Force

Solution / Reference :

  • Modernization of Croatian CL-415 for Croatian Air Force (2020+, in close cooperation with local MRO ZTC / ATC Company from Velika Gorica) in the following scope:
    • Exchange of old Honeywell Primus II RCZ units for new ones (8,33kHz + ADS-B out capable).
    • Exchange of old Honeywell Primus II RMU (Radio Managment Unit) units for new ones.
    • Replacement of old GARMIN GPS165 for a new generation one, GARMIN GPS175.

MiG-21BIS/UM modernization

Navigation:

This project has been done in 2013 – 2015 in close cooperation with a maintenance and service facility authorized and experienced to carry out general overhauls and modification for MiG-21 aircrafts Although these aircrafts were designed and developed in the 60's of the last century, they are still operated by many Air Forces and there is a potential to upgrade their on-board equipment to increase their operational value.

The project was done for 1 x W3A helicopter.

EC-120 modernization for Lithuanian Border Guard

The project was contracted directly between CLS and LBG (Lithuanian Border Guard), duration 2018-2019:

CLS a.s. was responsible for supply of the avionics and conversion of the equipment from the imperial units to metric ones which is in fact a very unique project. Besides that CLS a.s. has provided technical and installation support for the first power-up of the systems and troubleshooting during the installation.

CLS a. s. performed system integration and supply of the equipment for the L-39 trainer upgrade program. The system is based on the active matrix LCD display technology and consists of DME, GPS, VOR/ILS, MB ADF and TACAN navigation systems. System exploits original gyro magnetic GMK 1AE system.

Czech AF W3A Sokol modernization

ČLS a. s. has successfully upgraded 10ea W3A Sokol helicopters with Digital Moving Map System.

Special conversion tool for national map environment use has been developed.

This project is result of mutual cooperation between ČLS a.s., PZL Swidnik, EuroAvionics and Barco engineers.
